I love how the designer incorporated lots of natural elements like grasscloth, weathered woods, aged metals, barn board and rope. And did you notice the incredible runner going up the stairs? It's by Maine-based <a href="https://angelaadams.com/" target="_blank">Angela Adams</a>; I'm a longtime fan of their incredible nature-inspired rugs! The talent of other native Mainers can be seen throughout the hotel in artwork, fabrics and lighting as well. The mountains-meet-sea vibe is just so fun...perfect for a weekend getaway, don't you think?! Using sustainable building materials and practices, the full-service design-build firm created a new home–one not only built to last, but energy efficient as well. Interior designer Lorine Foley of Lorine Design Services gave the home nautical-inspired style with a classic seaside palette infused with splashes of red. I especially love the large kitchen, designed by <a href="http://coventrylumber.com/" target="_blank">Coventry Lumber</a>, and how it opens up to the porch! The blue island is fab too! AND the view!!
