Lesli DeVito of the inspiring blog <a href="http://myoldcountryhouse.com/" target="_blank">My Old Country House</a> recently finished up a two-year facelift on her beautiful kitchen. (Remember her <a href="http://www.houseofturquoise.com/2011/10/lesli-devito.html" target="_blank">living room</a>?? Equally as delightful!) We're talking new countertops, appliances, hardware, tile, cabinet doors and drawer fronts...and <i>a lot</i> of hard work on Lesli's part! I am loving all the pretty color here, especially Benjamin Moore's "Gossamer Blue" on the island and in the cabinets! And how about those those yummy marble countertops?! They actually aren't even marble<i></i>...they are Formica! Interior designer Jennifer Huett, owner of <a href="http://shophousetohome.com/" target="_blank">House to Home Interiors</a> in Hot Springs, Arkansas, created this vibrant bedroom for a 15 year-old girl who wanted color, and more color! The showstopper is definitely that amazing turquoise glass chandelier...what a lucky girl! The upholstered bed is absolutely fabulous too. I love the pattern on it skillfully mixed with the bedding!
