Located in Lee, Massachusetts, this cozy 1916 stone cottage was designed and restored by Solomon+Bauer+Giambastiani Architects. It's the guest house on a private estate, and by the looks of it, I'd say they're some pretty lucky guests! Although the home definitely has the modern touches we've come to love, it still has all the warmth and charm of a home from that period. I especially love all the lead glass windows and door panels, which were were lovingly repaired and restored by the firm. You can finish your tour of this lovely guesthouse with more photos by Bradley M Jones right here!
